Shipping and returns

Shipping and Processing Guidelines

All orders are processed depending on availability and payment verification. Orders placed during regular business hours will be processed immediately and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PST and over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If you wish to check the status of a shipped order, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions, please contact support@carolinarefinetti.com.

Returns and Exchanges

At Carolina Refinetti Jewelry, we kindly inform our customers that we do not process returns. We will accept items for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving the shipment, excluding shipping costs. The item(s) must be unworn and returned in new and original condition.

Exchanges will be subject to shipping costs. Items received as gifts can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

We do not accept exchanges for items purchased in physical stores (except in the case of gifts). If this is the case, please consult their return and exchange policy for more information.

We ask that you contact customer service (support@carolinarefinetti.com) regarding all returns/exchanges before shipping.

For your protection, we recommend that you use FEDEX or USPS, priority mail with a tracking number.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our studio. Carolina Refinetti Jewelry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Repairs

We are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on our pieces. In the event that an item requires repair, the customer will be responsible for the associated shipping costs to send the item to us. Once repairs are complete, Carolina Refinetti Jewelry will send the item back to the customer. Please note that repairs are provided at no cost, as long as any damage is not due to misuse.
